  • A value proposition is a clear explanation of what you offer, why it matters, and why someone should choose you over a competitor. Most businesses get this wrong. They talk about themselves instead of what their customers care about, so the message gets ignored. This work helps fix that by clarifying what you say and how you say it, so people understand the value and act on it.

  • Usually when something isn’t quite landing. Your website isn’t converting, sales feel harder than they should, or your messaging has become a bit muddled. It’s also useful ahead of a new website, rebrand, campaign or launch. In short, any time you’re about to communicate what you do, it’s worth getting clear on what you’re actually saying first.

  • It’s a focused, collaborative session where we work through your message together. You bring your knowledge of the business, I bring structure and challenge. We question the language you’re using, test your claims, and strip things back to what actually matters. By the end, we’ve shaped a clearer, more usable message, which I then capture in a written summary you can apply straight away.
